摘要
兼职教师作为深化校企合作的纽带,在培育高职生工匠精神方面具有独特的优势。兼职教师管理制度不完善、精神育人环境缺失等,客观上影响了兼职教师培育高职生的工匠精神。多方利益主体应从完善兼职教师管理制度,校企联动创建具有人文关怀的环境,建设优秀兼职教师文化,充分发挥其培育高职生工匠精神的优势。
Part-time teachers, as a link to deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises, have unique advantages in cultivating the spirit of craftsmen in higher vocational college students. The imperfection of part-time teacher management system,lack of spiritual education environment, and weakening of education and teaching ability objectively affect part-time teachers in cultivating the spirit of craftsmen in higher vocational college students. The multi-stakeholders should start from the perfect parttime teacher management system, the school-enterprise linkage to create a humane care environment, build a good part-time teacher culture, and give full play to the advantages of part-time teachers in cultivating the spirit of the craftsman of higher vocational students.
