Foundation degree is the new qualification authentication method of higher education implemented by the UK, which has the characteristics of cooperation, diversity and flexibility. With the need of reform of Chinese higher vocational education system and through the analysis of foundation degree, today＇s China need learn from its successful experience to further strengthen the establishment of technology degree and improve the higher education degree system, which has important practical significance for promoting the development of higher vocational education.
