摘要
瑞士VET(职业教育)的产生和发展有其历史渊源、现实基础和三大保障。瑞士VET对人的类型化,使得职业教育真正实现了对社会市场的深度贴合,也真正实现了因材施教和人尽其才。同时,瑞士VET还实现了人的自性化,即自我人格和社会人格的完满重叠,因而也就实现了教育对人和人性的最高尊重的意义。
The emergence and development of Swiss VET has its profound historical origin, realistic foundation and three guarantees. The typing of Swiss VET makes the professional education truly correspond with the social market, and also realizes the teaching the talents according to their ability. At the same time, Swiss VET has realized the human self-identity, that is, the perfect overlap of self-personality and social personality, thus realizing the highest respect of education for human and human nature.
