原研与仿制硫酸氢氯吡格雷在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后的经济学评价

Economic evaluation of original and generic clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的比较原研(波立维)与仿制(泰嘉)硫酸氢氯吡格雷在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后的成本-效果分析,以更好指导临床用药选择。方法在中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(wanfangdata)和中文期刊全文数据库(VIP)中检索,关于在PCI治疗中波立维和泰嘉安全性、有效性比较的文献。评价纳入文献的质量,提取相关资料,采用ReviewManager5.3软件对波立维和泰嘉安全性、有效性进行Meta分析并进行经济学评价。结果共纳入27篇文献进行Meta分析。分别比较波立维与泰嘉的主要心血管不良事件、不良事件和血小板聚集率,结果发现二者差异并无统计学意义,但价格比较存在明显差异,泰嘉经济性更优。结论在接受PCI的患者中,仿制硫酸氢氯吡格雷比原研硫酸氢氯吡格雷更经济,但仍需要更多高质量的研究加以证明。

Objective To investigate the cost effectivemess after percutaneous coronary interention between original（Polivi） and generic（Taijia） and to better guide clinical drug selection. Methods In the Chinese Journal Full-text Database（CNKI）, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform（wanfang data） and Chinese Journal Full-text Database（VIP）, the literature on the safety and effectiveness of Polivi and Taijia in PCI treatment.Evaluate the quality of the included literature, extract relevant data, and use the Review Manager 5.3 software to conduct a meta-analysis of the safety and effectiveness of Polivi and Taijia and conduct economic evaluation. Resuils A total of 27 articles were included for meta-analysis. The main adverse events, adverse events and platelet aggregation rate of Polivi and Taijia were compared. The results showed that the difference was not statistically significant, but there was a significant difference in price comparison. Taijia was more economical. Conclusion For patients with percutaneous coronary interention, the drug economy of generic clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate is better than original clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate, but also need more high-quaility research to verify.
