摘要
焙烧炉作为预焙阳极焙烧工序的主要设备,其能耗高,烟气排放量大。烟气中含有的NOX、SO_2、烟尘等排入大气对环境造成污染,危害人体健康。通过焙烧炉技术改进及烟气处理新技术应用,使得烟气中污染物排放浓度降低至NO_X<80mg/m^3,SO_2<50mg/m^3,烟尘<10 mg/m^3,达到了超低排放。工业实践证明取得良好的节能减排效果,减少烟气排放中污染物的含量,减少大气污染。
As the main equipment of prebaked anode baking process,the baking furnace has high energy consumption and large amount of flue gas emission.NOx, SO2, smoke and dust in flue gas are discharged into the atmosphere, which pollute the environment and endanger human health.The emission concentration of pollutants in flue gas is reduced to NOx 〈 80mg/m^3, SO2 〈 50mg/m^3, and smoke 〈 10mg/m^3 relatively, thus achieving ultra-low emission by improving furnace technology and applying the new flue gas treatment technology.Industrial practice has proved that it has achieved good results in energy conservation and emission reduction, reducing the content of pollutants in flue gas emissions and reducing air pollution.
