摘要
针状焦与普通焦相比,具有独特的针状结构。因其独特的针状结构,成焦条件与普通焦亦有很大的区别。通过长时间的生产实践,本文主要从工业化生产的角度,探索原料沥青中喹啉不溶物含量(QI)、焦化塔进料分布方式、焦化加热炉出口温度、焦化塔压力、循环比等因素对针状焦的形成及结构纹理的影响。
Comparing with ordinary coke, the needle coke has a unique needle structure, which makes its coke forming conditions are very different from the ordinary coke. Through long time production practice, the influence of the content of quinoline insoluble substance (QI), the distribution mode of coking tower feeding, the outlet temperature of the coking furnace, the pressure of the coking tower and the cycle ratio on the needle coke for mation and the structure texture are explored in terms of industrial production in this paper.
