不同刈割时间对马铃薯秧青贮效果的影响 被引量:4

The effect of different cutting time on silage quality of potato vines

摘要 为了研究不同刈割时间对马铃薯秧青贮效果的影响,试验分别于霜降前、霜降后刈割马铃薯秧制作压包青贮,45 d后比较其青贮品质。结果表明:霜降后组青贮气味、色泽、质地评分均高于霜降前组,霜降前组与霜降后组青贮评定等级分别为腐败、中等;霜降后组干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量极显著高于霜降前组(P〈0.01),pH值、龙葵素含量极显著低于霜降前组(P〈0.01);霜降前组乙酸、丙酸含量较低,丁酸、异丁酸含量极显著高于霜降后组(P〈0.01),总体上霜降后组青贮品质优于霜降前组。说明霜降后刈割马铃薯秧可获得较好的青贮品质。 In order to research the effect of different cutting time on silage quality of potato vines,potato vines were cutted before and post frost's Descent in this experiment,and were made into pressure-packed silage which were evaluated on the comparison of silage quality. The results showed that during sensory evaluation of silage,scores of silage odor,color,texture in post-frost group were higher than those in pre-frost group,and silage ratings of pre-and post-frost groups were rotten and medium respectively. During laboratory evaluation of silage,the contents of dry matter(DM),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)in post-frost group were very significantly higher(P〈0.01)than those in pre-frost group,while the contents of pH value,solanine were very significantly lower(P〈0.01). The contents of acetic acid,propanoic acid were lower in pre-frost group,while the contents of butyric acid,isobutyric acid were very significantly higher(P〈0.01)than those in post-frost group. On the whole,silage quality in post-frost group was better than that in pre-frost group. The results suggested that better silage quality can be obtained by cutting potato vines post frost's Descent.
