摘要
民办高校面临向应用型转变的新机遇和挑战,高校教师人才储备成为高校转变成功的重要资源之一。针对民办高校教师队伍不稳定,离职率较高的现状,从人力资源管理中心理契约的角度审视,剖析民办高校教师心理契约的普遍性和特殊性,将高校组织变革作为大背景,来分析组织变革对于教师心理契约产生的影响,寻求民办高校与教师之间心理契约的平衡,为高校组织变革夯实人才建设队伍。
Private colleges are facing new opportunities and challenges to the application transformation,and the reserve of University Teachers'talents has become one of the important resources for successful transformation of universities.For the teachers of private colleges is not stable,thecurrent status of turnover rate is high,from the perspective of psychological contract in human resource management perspective,universality andparticularity analysis of psychological contract of teachers in private colleges,the university organizational reform as background,to analyze the impactof organizational change on Teachers'psychological contract,seeking between private colleges and teachers'psychological contract balance.For theorganizational reform of colleges and universities,lay a solid foundation for talent construction.
