高校教师教学能力发展的路径和策略分析

Path and strategy analysis of teaching ability development of University Teachers

提升教师的教学能力是提升教师综合素养的重要途径,也是高校工作的重点。本文从专业知识和专业能力两个方面对教师教学能力的内涵进行了阐释。并分析出高校教师发展中出现的问题和提升教师教学能力的重要性。从借鉴教师发展的先进经验、建立专门的教师发展机构、依托本科教学工程、建立奖励机制、完善基层教学组织五个方面提出了高校教师教学能力发展的策略,从而全面提高教师的综合水平。

this paper expounds the connotation of teachers＇teaching ability from two aspects of professional knowledge and professional ability.Italso analyzes the problems in the development of university teachers and the importance of improving teachers＇teaching ability.From the advancedexperience and reference for teacher development,teacher development mechanism established specialized undergraduate teaching project,relying onthe establishment of incentive mechanism,improve the five aspects of basic teaching organization of College Teachers＇teaching ability developmentstrategy,so as to improve the overall level of teachers.
