摘要
通过对管道化溶出电耗构成进行分析,得到了隔膜泵电单耗和管道化溶出总电单耗模型。通过物料换热分析,得到了燃气单耗模型。提出了一系列有针对性的节能措施,在氧化铝生产实践中,具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
By analyzing the components of power consumption of tube digestion, the models are established for unit consumption of diaphragm pump and the total consumption of tube digestion. The gas consumption model is established through the analysis of material heat exchanging. A series of targeted energy-saving measures are proposed which have a certain guidance and reference significance in the practice of alumina production.
