摘要
介绍了节能技术在240kA电解系列电解槽上的综合应用,系统论述了电解槽大修后焙烧启动和生产管理。应用节能技术后的240kA电解槽较系列原有电解槽直流电耗降低377 k W·h/t-Al,技改经济效益显著。
In this paper comprehensive application of energy saving technology on 240kA aluminum reduction pots is introduced and baking and start-up and production management are systematically described. The DC power consumption of 240kA pots by applying energy saving technology are lowered by 377kW·h/t-Al, it has better economic benefits.
