摘要 目前在汽车教学设备线路故障考核时,首先由老师通过"机械开关"的方式设置故障,然后由学生利用检测工具进行线路故障诊断,最后老师根据学生的诊断结果进行现场评分,该方式很难实现一名老师同时管理多台教学设备,从而降低了教学设备的利用率和实践教学效率。为此,文中提出设计基于CAN总线的汽车教学设备线路故障智能考核系统,通过CAN总线将多台汽车教学设备联网,再通过CAN-USB网关与远程计算机相连,实现利用一台计算机远程控制和管理多台汽车教学设备,具有"远程化、智能化"故障设置、故障考核及成绩汇总等功能,有效提高了线路故障考核效率。 Currently,in the line fault examination of automotive teaching equipments,the teacher sets the line fault by the manner way of mechanical switch,then the student diagnoses the line fault by testing tools,and finally the teacher scores according to the diagnostic results. It is difficult for one teacher to manage multiple equipments at the same time,thereby the utilization of teaching equipments and efficiency of practice teaching is reduced. To this end,the design of intelligent examination system of automotive teaching equipment's line fault based on CAN-BUS is presented. Multiple automotive teaching equipments are networked via CAN-BUS,and then connected to the remote computer via CAN-USB gateway. A computer can remotely control and manage multiple automotive teaching equipments,which achieve fault setting,fault examination,results summary and other functions remotely and intelligently,the efficiency of line fault examination is improved.
