摘要
矩形钢管平面节点是屋架结构中常见的节点形式,对由钢板焊接而成的屋架矩形截面钢管平面节点进行静力试验研究,分析了节点在横向荷载作用下的应变、位移、荷载响应。由试验结果和理论分析可知:在线弹性范围内,试件中面处挠度的试验值大于理论值;加载过程中,试件顶部的应变增长速度小于底部的;在整个试验过程中各个位置处的焊缝均未出现内部损伤、开裂的现象;节点承载力满足设计要求。
Rectangular hollow section(RHS)uniplanar joint is a common joint form in roof truss. An experimental study was carried out on RHS uniplanar joint which was welded by four steel plates. The response of strain, displacement and force under the action of transverse load were analyzed. The results showed that the deflection of the middle plane in static test was larger than that in the theoretical analysis; the strain at the top of the specimen was increased slower than that at the bottom in the loading process; there was no internal damage and cracking in all welds during the test; the bearing capacity of the joint met the design requirements.
