摘要
通过对国内首台1 230 MW电厂锅炉钢架分段式Π型大板梁叠梁的制作,介绍了大板梁各段的装配工艺和制作方案。着重阐述了在拱度、收缩余量和变形预留前提下,Π型梁制作装配过程的难点和重点。同时对Π型梁主角焊缝是否3段拆开焊接,对叠梁整体拼装能否用水平卧拼代替竖立叠装进行了探讨,在实践中成功完成了Π型大板梁制作。
Through the production of the partitioned Π type superposition ceiling girder of the domestic first 1 230 MW power plant steel structure, the assembling process and production plan of each section ceiling girder were introduced. Under the premise of camber,shrinkage allowance and deformation procontrol,the difficulties and emphases of Π type ceiling girder assembly processes were introduced emphatically.Meanwhile,whether or not the 3 fractions Π type ceiling girder fillet welds were dismantled and welded,whether or not the stacking beam final assembly could be installed with horizontal assembly instead of vertical assembly were discussed.The production of the Π type ceiling girder was sucessfully completed in practice.
