品管圈活动在降低临床护士胰岛素注射不规范率中的应用效果

目的探讨品管圈活动降低临床护士胰岛素注射不规范率的效果。方法2016年7-12月成立品管圈小组，通过品管圈十大活动步骤，运用头脑风暴、PDCA方法及柏拉图等质量管理工具对该院临床护士胰岛素注射是否规范进行数据统计，查找胰岛素注射不规范的主要因素，进行要因分析，根据分析出的原因，采取规范化培训并设计出一款多孔胰岛素注射部位轮换卡，持续进行质量改进。结果临床护士胰岛素注射不规范率由改善前的32．74％降至改善后的8．40％。结论借助糖尿病专科护理小组开展品管圈活动，降低了临床护士胰岛素注射不规范率，进一步促进血糖控制达标，真正意义上实施同质化护理，提高了住院患者满意度，同时增强了圈员的团队凝聚力和沟通解决问题的能力。

Objective To explore the effect of reducing the irregular rate of insulin injection in clinical nurses the help of quality control circle. Methods From July 2016 to December 2016, a quality control circle team was set up. Through the ten major activity steps of quality control circle, the author used brainstorming, PDCA method, fishbone diagram, Plato and other quality management tools to make data statistics on the standard insulin injection of clinical nurses in this hospital, searched the main factors of non-standard insulin injection, and analyzed the main rea- sons. Based on the analysis of the reasons, the standardized training was adopted and a multi-orifice insulin injection site rotation card was designed for continuous quality improvement. Results The rate of irregular insulin injection in clinical nurses decreased from 32. 74% before the improvement to 8.40% after the improvement. Conelusiorts With the help of the diabetes specialist nursing team, the quality control circle activity was carried out, which reduced the ir- regular rate of insulin injection of clinical nurses, further promoted the blood glucose control to reach the standard, and truly implemented the homogenization nursing, improved the satisfaction of hospitalized patients. At the same time, enhanced the team cohesion of the circle members and the ability of communication to solve problems.
