摘要
为提高电力线路的输送能力并减少能量损耗,特高压线路导线直径越来越大,重量越来越重,需要采用更高强度等级的绝缘子来减少绝缘子的使用数量,降低杆塔荷载,简化线路连接,提高安全系数。研究绝缘子双联耐张串串型的设计,从电气性能和机械性能两个方面保证串型的实用性,并在此基础上开展配套金具研究,包括碗头挂板、联塔金具和跳线间隔棒。大吨位绝缘子配套金具在参考低吨位设计标准的基础上,结合现有的设计经验,通过采用整体锻造方式加工,可有效提高组串的机械性能。试验表明所研究的配套的碗头挂板等非标金具符合国家、电力行业标准和工程技术规定,机械和电气性能试验均满足要求。
In order to improve the transmission capacity of the power line and reduce the energy loss,the diameter of the wire for UHV transmission line becomes larger and larger,consequently increased the weight of the conductor.The problem of increased conductor weight can be balanced by reducing the weight of the insulator via adopting higher strength grade insulator to reduce the number of insulators.This would simplify connections and improve safety coefficient.This paper studies on the double tension,string type insulator design.The capability of the string type is verified from the two aspects of the electrical and mechanical properties.The evaluation of different fittings,including bowl hanging plate,tower fittings and jumper spacers is carried out on the basis.Large tonnage insulator fittings are designed and forged according to a newly designed method combining the standard reference of low tonnage insulator and the recent design experience,aiming at improving the mechanical properties of the string.Finally the experiments show that the development of the supporting bowl head hanging plate and other non-standard fittings comply to the national standards of the power industry and engineering technology.The mechanical and electrical properties test meet the requirements.
