摘要
为了探索半枫荷嫩枝扦插繁育技术,以半枫荷当年生嫩枝为插穗,研究不同生根剂及浓度、不同取材部位、不同留叶方式、不同插穗长度对半枫荷嫩枝扦插生根数、芽长及成活率等方面的影响。试验结果表明:高质量浓度生根剂速蘸处理中1 000 mg·L-1 IBA效果最好,低质量浓度生根剂浸泡处理中200 mg·L-1 IBA效果最好,高质量浓度生根剂浸蘸处理生根效果优于低质量浓度生根剂浸泡处理。选择枝条中部做插穗、长15 cm、留一片全叶最有利于半枫荷扦插生根。
In order to explore technique of softwood cutting in Semiliquidambar cathayensis, selecting annual softwood in S.cathayensis as cutting, effects of different concentration of different rooting agent, length, the number of leaves and the position ofbranch on influence of softwood cutting were researched. The results showed that 1 000 mg· L-1IBA works best in the highconcentration rooting quick dipping treatment and 200 mg· L-1IBA works best in the low concentration rooting soak treatment.However in general, high concentration rooting agent treatment work better than low ones, middle part of S. cathayensis cuttings are15 cm long with one leaves have the highest rooting ability.
