摘要
根据全国2004-2014年相关数据,计算废水中COD排放量增量、废气中SO2排放量增量、工业固体废弃物增量与国内生产总值GDP增值,并基于z-score标准化分析法,运用脱钩模型与建立的环境经济增值系数对经济发展增加值与污染物排放增量的关系进行分析。结果表明,近10a我国年经济增加值与污染物增量呈W状,在供给侧改革政策和环境保护措施的推动下,环境经济增量系统逐步趋向基本平稳的发展态势。经济发展增值与污染物排放量增量的联合分析可从增量角度分析环境经济系统,进一步探究经济与环境发展关系的规律。
According to the nation-wide relevant data from 2004 to 2014, the increments of COD in wastewater discharge, SO2 in exhausted gas emission, industrial solid waste generation, as well as the added value of GDP were calculated. Based on z-score standardised analysis method and by using decoupling model and the established environmental-economic value-added coefficient, a relationship between pollutant emission increment and economic development augmentation was analysed. Results indicated that the economic value-added and pollutant emission increment in China in recent ten years have shown a W-shaped curve. The system of environmental-economic augmentation was tending to a steady development state under the impetus of supply side reform policy and environmental measures. The joint analysis of economic value-added and pollutant emission increment could analyse the environmental-economic system in the view of augmentation so as to further explore a pattern of the relationship between the development of economy and environment.
