川渝地区胆腑郁热型鼻渊患者鼻腔分泌物含量与证候研究

Steudy on the Syndromes of Nasal Secretion in Patients with syndrome of heat stagnation in gallbladder in Sichuan & Chongqing Region

目的检测成都及重庆永川地区胆腑郁热型鼻渊患者与正常人窦口鼻道复合体处分泌物Sig A含量与中医证候相关性。方法选取重庆永川区中医院及成都中医药大学附属医院耳鼻喉科门诊符合纳入条件者,并以中医标准证候评分,鼻内镜下取中鼻道钩突处菌群及分泌物,使用ELISA法检测差异情况。结果发现相同地区慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者与正常人相比鼻腔分泌物Sig A酶含量,存在差异,且具有统计学意义,不同区域之间,均无统计学差异。结论通过以上实验证明慢性鼻窦炎患者与正常人鼻腔粘膜细菌环境存在明显差异,鼻腔菌种的复杂程度与鼻窦炎各项症状评分高低呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the SigA content of secretions in the Rhino Sinus Compound and the TCM syndromes in the patients with syndrome of heat stagnation in gallbladder lived in Chengdu and Yongchuan of Chongqing. Method The patients who met the inclusion criteria in the ENT department of Yongchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and evaluated with the TCM standard. The flora and secretions of middle nasal uncinate process were taken through the nasal endoscopy, and the differences were detected by ELISA. Result It was found that the content of SigA enzyme in nasal secretions of chronic rhinosinusitis patients was statistically different with normal people in the same area. Between different regions, there was no significant difference. Conclusion The experiment proved that there were significant differences between chronic nasosinusitis patients’ and normal ones’ nasal mucosa bacterial environment; The complexity of nasal bacterial species were positively correlated with the sinusitis symptom scores.
