摘要
尝试将Sandwich教学法应用于农业院校食品专业本科生课程《食品免疫学》的课堂教学实践中,对教学效果的调查表明,该方法不仅有效地提高了本科生课堂的学习主动性、协作能力以及教学效果,而且有利于理论与教学实践的结合。
The Sandwich teaching method was applied to the teaching practice of Food Immunology, which was the undergraduate course in agricultural university.The investigation on the effect of classroom teaching showed that introduction of Sandwich teaching method could not only effectively improve the leaming initiative, cooperative ability for undergraduate students, but also was beneficial to the combination of theory and teaching practice.
