水稻集中育秧是提高水稻综合生产能力的一项重要技术,通过对种植户开展培训是推广该项技术的有效途径之一。但是由于种植户自身因素,导致培训到课率明显不足,培训效果甚微。江苏省海门市农业干部学校以Articulate Storyline为主要开发软件,开发了《机插水稻集中育秧技术》在线课程并组织实施,取得了显著的效果,为新型职业农民学习新技术提供了可借鉴的模式。
