Innovation of Invisalign technology and its efficacy for tooth movement

摘要 隐适美(Invisalign)正式应用到临床至今已有近二十年的历史。其隐形、舒适、美观的特点越来越受到医患的青睐。Invisalign技术在不断创新,从最初简单牙齿的排齐(G1)、较复杂牙齿的移动(G2)、前牙牙齿转矩的控制(G3)、开的治疗(G4)、深覆的治疗(G5),到第一前磨牙拔除后的治疗(G6)、后牙开的治疗(G7),再到生长期骨性Ⅱ类错的矫正(MA),其适应证几乎覆盖了传统固定矫治的所有领域。但是,由于该技术仍然处于探索阶段,计算机设计的目标效果与矫治器的临床效能之间仍存在差异,特别是在实现牙的伸长、去扭转等方面,隐适美效能较低,但其在压低、倾斜移动以及远移磨牙上已表现优异性能。本文就In-visalign G1~G7、Invisalign MA的特点以及不同牙移动方式的效能进行综述。 The Invisalign system has been used in the clinic for nearly two decades and its invisible, comfortable and beautiful features are increasingly favored by doctors and patients. In recent years, Invisalign technology is constant-ly innovating from mild crowding (G1), relatively complicated tooth movement (G2), anterior tooth torque control (G3), anterior open bite (CA), deep overbite (GS), first fore" premolar extraction (G6), and posterior open bite (G7) to the correc-tion of skeletal class 1I malocclusion in adolescents. Its indications has covered almost all areas of traditional fixed or-thodontics. However, as this technology is in the developmental stage, there is a discontinuity between the computer-de- signed positioning and the clinical results. Although Invisaligy has manifested excellent performance in correcting tooth intrusion, tipping movement and distal movement, its ability to correct tooth rotation and extrusion still needs improve-ment. This paper reviews the characteristics of Invisalign Gl-G7 and Invisaligy MA and the efficacy of these systems in correcting different types of tooth movement.
