依达拉奉联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy and safety of Edaravone and Cinepazide maleate in treatment of cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage

目的观察动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛采用依达拉奉联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法将在郑州市第三人民医院2015年10月—2017年10月收治动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)患者共计97例,其中48例采用常规治疗为对照组,49例在常规治疗基础上采用依达拉奉联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗为治疗组。结果治疗后两组血清炎症因子水平及MCAVp水平均有明显下降,且治疗组较对照组下降更明显,治疗结束后治疗组总有效率为91. 84%,对照组总有效率为62. 50%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 00)。14 d治疗期间,上述两组均未有明显不良反应。结论对于SAH患者发生CVS后,采用依达拉奉联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,可有效降低血液中炎性水平,降低MCAVp水平,临床治疗效果理想,有在临床上普及、推广、使用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of the treatment of the cerebral vasospasm in the treatment of the subarachnoid hemorrhage of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods In our hospital in the near future（ October 2015-October 2017） patients after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage（ SAH）,a total of 97 patients with cerebral vasospasm（ CVS）,48 cases with conventional treatment for the control group,the other 49 cases on the basis of routine therapy used in accordance with the joint edaravone in maleic acid to guangxi pp therapy for the treatment group. Results Two groups after treatment serum levels of inflammatory cytokines and MCAVp levels were significantly decreased but the treatment group was better than that of control group,treatment group total effective rate was 91. 84% after treatment,the control group total effective rate was 62. 50%,the difference statistically significant（ P 0. 001）. During the treatment of 14 d,there was no obvious adverse reaction between the two groups. Conclusion For SAH patients with CVS,used Edaravone and Cinepazide maleate treatment can effectively reduce blood leels of inflammatory,reduce MCAVp levels,improve the clinical treatment effect is ideal,have popularization and promotion and use value in clinic.
