尼莫地平药物在老年脑血管病患者的临床应用疗效

Clinical efficacy of Nimodipine in elderly patients with cerebrovascular diseases

目的探析老年脑血管病患者采取尼莫地平药物治疗的临床效果。方法将2012年7月至2016年7月期间什邡市人民医院通过诊断后确诊为老年脑血管病患者90例纳为参研的样本,遵循双盲法分组标准均分成A组与B组,前者实施常规治疗;后者实施尼莫地平治疗。对两组治疗后的效果、副反应及生活质量进行比较分析。结果 B组治疗总有效率77. 8%高于A组93. 3%,副反应发生率11. 1%低于A组28. 9%,P <0. 05,有明显的统计学意义;两组治疗后生活质量均得到改善,与治疗前比较差异性存在统计学意义,但B组改善的程度大于A组,构成统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论老年脑血管病患者给予尼莫地平药物治疗的效果确切,可靠安全,生活质量改善显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of nimodipine in the treatment of senile cerebrovascular diseases.Methods During the period from July 2012 to July 2016 in our hospital were diagnosed as the diagnosis of elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease and 90 cases that participate in research sample,follow the double-blind grouping criteria were divided into two groups,group A with conventional treatment; group B treated by nimodipine,comparatively analyzed the side effects and quality of life. Results In group B,the total efficiency of treatment was 77. 8% higher than that of group A was 93. 3%,the incidence of side effects is lower than 11. 1% of 28. 9% in group A and P〈0. 05,with statistical significance; The quality of life of the two groups after treatment were improved,compared with before treatment the difference is statistically significant,but the degree of improvement in group B than group A,which statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of nimodipine in elderly patients with cerebrovascular disease is accurate,reliable and safe,and the quality of life is improved remarkably. It is worth popularizing.
