养老保险、定居期望与新生代农民工城市融入

Pension Insurance,Settlement Expectations and New Generation of Migrant People’s Integration into the cities

文章基于2013年国家卫计委发布的＂流动人口动态监测调查＂数据,运用Logit模型,将城市融入分为城市接纳和个人心理认同两个维度,通过与新生代城镇籍流动人口的比较,实证检验了养老保险和定居期望对新生代农民工城市融入的影响。研究发现：全样本中,养老保险和定居期望都显著促进了新生代流动人口的城市融入。分样本中,在打工地拥有养老保险显著促进了新生代农民工的城市融入,但对新生代城镇籍流动人口的影响不显著。通过养老保险与定居期望交互发现,养老保险强化了城市定居对新生代农民工个人心理认同融入的正向影响。基于研究结果,文章提出了促进新生代农民工城市融入,提升新生代农民工市民化水平的政策建议。

Using the data of the＂Migrant Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey（ 2013） ＂by the National Health and Family Planning Commission,this paper applied the logit model to empirically analyze the effects of pension insurance and settlement expectations on the new generation of migrants＇ integration into the cities（ urban acceptance and personal psychological identification）. The study found the effects are significantly positive in our sample including both rural-urban migrants and migrants with urban household hukou. Secondly,in the sub-sample analysis,the pension insurance significantly promoted the urban integration of the rural-urban migrants,while the effect on the migrants with urban household hukou was not significant. Thirdly,adding the interaction term of pension insurance and settlement expectation into regression,the pension insurance strengthened the positive influence of urban settlement on the integration of the individual psychological identification of the new generation of rural-urban migrants. Based on the research results,this paper puts forward the some suggestions to promote the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers and promote the citizenization level of the new generation of migrant workers.
