一种低损耗射频反射式移相器的设计

摘要 本文提出了一种单端口低损耗反射式数字移相电路设计方法,作为贴片单元的补偿部分,通过低频控制电路来切换反射通道,调整贴片单元的反射相位,从而实现贴片单元大相位的补偿。加工了样机,并进行测试,技术指标可满足天线使用要求,为微带平面反射阵列天线的设计提供了一种新的途径。 In this paper, a design method of single port low loss reflective digital phase shift circuit is proposed. As the compensation part of the patch, the reflection channel is switched by low frequency control circuit, and the reflection phase of the patch is adjusted to compensate for the large phase of the patch.The prototype has been fabricated and measured, and the technical specifications can meet the requirements of the antenna. It provides a new way for the design of the microstrip planar reflector antenna.
