以环核苷酸和三萜酸为评价指标确定枣果最佳采收期 被引量:2

摘要 以环核苷酸(环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷)和三萜酸(白桦脂酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸)含量为评价指标考察河北产地3种不同品种枣果的最佳采收期。采用快速溶剂萃取法以上述5种成分为指标对枣果进行提取并优化提取条件,利用高效液相色谱法测定8、9、10月份采摘的河北行唐大枣、河北武邑大枣、小枣和马牙枣枣果中环核苷酸和三萜酸的含量,以环核苷酸和三萜酸总含量作为评价枣果采收期指标。结果发现,行唐大枣的最佳采收期为9月份,武邑大枣、小枣以及马牙枣的最佳采收期均为8月份,表明不同品种枣果中营养成分含量变化存在明显差异。研究结果为开发枣功能性食品提供参考依据。 To ascertain the optimal harvest period for different varieties of jujube fruit, the content levels of cyclic nucleotides and triterpenic acids were investigated at three stages of growth by HPLC method. The extraction conditions of five selected compounds including cAMP, cGMP, betulinic acid, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were optimized under the optimal extraction method of accelerated solvent extraction. On the basis of total cyclic nucleotides and triterpenic acids, the best harvest period of Hebei Xingtang Dazao was September, for Hebei Wuyi Dazao, Xiaozao and Mayazao were August. This indicated nutritional changes in different varieties of jujube fruits were significantly different. This experiment may provide valuable reference for the research of functional foods of jujube fruits.
