摘要
谢洪赉翻译,商务印书馆出版发行的《最新中学教科书·物理学》是中国近代第一本具有现代意义的物理学教科书。该书内容丰富,教科书要素完备,注重对教师教学和学生学习的指导,强调科学知识的传播和科学方法启蒙,关注物理学术语体系的建构,考虑国人的阅读习惯。该书虽存在整体知识量过大、习题难度高等问题,但其对教学方法的重视、科学方法的显性化处理等方面,都对我国当前的科学传播和科学教育工作具有借鉴意义。
The Latest Middle School Textbook,Physics translated by Xie Honglai and published by the Commercial Press was the first modern physics textbook in China. With richness in content and a complete set of elements in textbooks, the book places emphasis on the teachings by teachers and learnings by students,on the dissemination of scientific knowledge and the enlightenment of scientific methods,on the construction of physical terminologies,and on reading habits of the Chinese people. Albeit the book contains an excessive number of learning knowledge and the exercises are highly difficult,its focus on teaching methods,and on popularizing scientific methods still embody great significance for China's current textbooks.
