成人可逆性胼胝体压部孤立性病变的MRI诊断

摘要 目的:分析成人可逆性胼胝体压部(Splenium of corpus callosum,SCC)孤立性病变的MRI表现。方法:对12例成人可逆性SCC孤立性病变患者的临床病史、影像资料及随访结果进行回顾性分析。结果:4例为低血糖患者,4例为癫痫患者,1例胃部大部分切除患者,3例为糖尿病患者。MRI表现:SCC类圆形、边界清楚的孤立结节,T2WI序列呈稍高信号,液体衰减反转恢复(Fluid attenuated inversion recovery,FLAIR)及扩散加权成像(Diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)序列呈高信号而相应表观扩散系数(Apparent diffusion coefficient,ADC)序列呈低信号,病灶周围无水肿。结论:成人可逆性SCC孤立性病变MRI表现有一定的特征性,结合临床资料,对疾病早期诊断、早期治疗提供依据,对判断预后具有很大价值。
