百日咳毒素脱毒的研究进展

百日咳毒素（perlussis toxin，FT）是百日咳博德氏杆菌（Borrelia pertussis）的主要致病因叫子之一，也是组分百日咳疫苗的主要成分。南于PT具有多种毒性作用，因此需要脱毒后才可作为疫苗有效成分，本史对PT的结构特性、脱毒方式以及脱毒PT制备疫茼的安全性及免疫原性逐一进行了综述。

Pertussis toxin （PT） is one of the major virulence factors of Borrelia pertussis and also an essential component of pertussis vaccines. Before using it in vaccine production, detoxification is necessa-ry because of its biological activity. This paper summarized the structure and detoxification process of PT as well as the safely and immunogenicity of pertussis vaccines prepared with detoxified PT.
