摘要
由于混流泵叶片空间扭曲,部分区域在进行三维建模时不够精确,因此建立了一种基于空间扭曲叶片的快速建模方法,以精确绘制混流泵叶轮叶片三维模型。以某大型混流泵扭曲叶片为例,详细分析了基于比例法的空间扭曲叶片精确建模的操作方法。对比该建模方法和常用建模方法的不同,并对所绘制的混流泵叶轮叶片三维模型进行表面光顺性分析以及面曲率检查。建立的叶片模型更加贴合原设计,为后续的数值模拟计算、仿真分析及加工制造等工作提供了更加精确的三维模型。
Due to the space distortion of mixed flow pump blade, some areas are not accurate enough for 3D modeling. A fast modeling method based on spatial twisted impeller is established to accurately draw the 3D model of the impeller of mixed flow pump. Taking the twisted blade of a large mixed flow pump as an example, the accurate modeling method of space twisted blade based on proportion calculation is analyzed. The differences between this modeling method and other common methods are compared, and the surface smoothness of the 3D model of mixed flow pump impeller is analyzed and the surface curvature is inspected. The blade model established by this method is more suitable for original design, and can provide a more accurate three-dimensional model for subsequent numerical calculation, simulation analysis and manufacturing.
