纳米Co添加量对PDC复合片性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of nano Co addition on properties of PDC composite plate

摘要 对不同配比的纳米Co含量PDC复合片进行了抗冲击性、耐磨性、热稳定性试验,并利用SEM电镜分析观察PDC复合片微观组织形貌,研究了纳米Co添加量对PDC复合片性能的影响。结果表明:纳米Co含量(体积分数)在1%~3%范围时,随Co含量增加,PDC复合片抗冲击性直线上升,继续增加Co粉含量,其抗冲击性将迅速下降。Co粉含量在1%~5%范围时,PDC复合片耐磨性及热稳定性变化不明显,Co粉含量大于5%时,复合片耐磨性及热稳定性下降迅速。因此,纳米Co含量在3%~5%之间时,PDC复合片综合性能呈现最好的状态。 The impact resistance,wear resistance and thermal stability of PDC( polycrystalline diamond compact) composites with different proportions of nano Co content were tested.The microstructure of PDC composites was observed by SEM and the effect of nano Co content on the properties of PDC composites was studied.The results show that as the Co powder increased from 1% to 3%( volume fraction),the impact resistance of PDC composite plate rises linearly,while continuing to increase the Co powder content,the impact resistance will decrease rapidly.The wear resistance and thermal stability of PDC composite plate will not vary obviously when the content of Co powder is between 1% and 5%,and then decrease rapidly when the content of Co powder more than 5%.Therefore,when the Co content is between3% and 5%,the PDC composite exhibits the best comprehensive properties.
