摘要
针对工程车及其装备设备轴承套圈质量要求和常规套圈热处理设备的产量及其产品品质方面存在的不足,开发一种新型辊底式可控气氛轴承套圈热处理生产装备线。该生产线由淬火、回火、等温处理及辊底传动几个主要部分组成,可实现多品种轴承套圈的高质量和高效大批量热处理生产。并以CGr15钢为例设计其最佳的生产工艺参数。生产的轴承组织结构好,刚度高,耐磨性强,内部缺陷少,质量满足GB/T 307.3—2017《滚动轴承通用技术规则》。生产过程高效安全并可实时监控。
This paper proposes a new type of roller hearth atmosphere-controllable bearing ring heat treatment production equipment line aiming to improve the quality of bearing rings of engineering vehicles and the production and quality of heat treatment equipment of conventional ferrule.The production line consists of quenching,tempering,isothermal treatment and roller bottom driving,which can realize high-quality,high-efficiency and large-scale heat treatment production for different size and steel of bearing rings.Taking CGr15 steel as an example,the best production process parameters were designed.The experiment results show that the structure of produced bearing is good and have an advantage of high rigidity,strong wear resistance and fewest internal defects.The quality meets the requirements of the national standard of GB/T 307.3—2017《General technical rules for rolling bearings》and the production process is efficient and safe and can be real time monitored.
