中文科技期刊应加强服务性建设

Chinese scientific journals should strengthen the service construction

针对中文期刊高水平稿源外流的现状,提出了可以通过加强服务性建设来增强期刊的吸引力。从稿件处理流程入手,提出了加强前期、中期和后期服务的策略建议,以提高期刊稿源的吸引。通过有效的服务性建设,将有助于我国的中文科技期刊提高对优质稿源的吸引。

Based on the status that more and more papers published in foreign journals,we propose to attract high-quality articles by strengthen the service construction. Combining with the manuscript processing, we put forward some suggestions to strengthen the service in the early-,middle-and later-stage,so as to improve the attraction of the journal.
