Development of military philosophy under the guidance of a new research paradigm

本文从科学(以系统科学为例)的范式转换所形成的哲学方法论视角,类比分析了机械化战争与信息化战争行为模式的本质区别,揭示了机械化战争升级为信息化战争的思想基础与必然趋势,指出信息化战争本身所具有的特点与倾向,从而拓清信息化战争的宏观轮廓、结构框架与运作线路,藉此推动中国军队主动进行信息化转向,加速由机械化战争思维模式升级为信息化战争思维模式。

This paper first points out the inevitability of information warfare after comparing it with mechanized warfare from perspective of the changed research paradigm of system science and then introduces the status quo of information warfare.It is hoped that this study can help the Chinese army update its thinking pattern to information warfare.
