异形架空表演水池混凝土结构浇筑温升分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用有限元软件对武汉汉秀剧场中央表演水池混凝土浇筑施工进行模拟分析,分析3种工况下水池底板和侧墙混凝土浇筑温升变化规律及应力变化规律,依据分析结果和现场条件,确定实际施工方案。选取6个截面进行施工浇筑过程中混凝土温度监测,并与模拟分析结果进行对比。结果表明,施工过程中混凝土温度变化规律与模拟分析一致,模拟分析能够较好地预测温度变化规律,施工方案合理。通过合理分析和监测控制,有效保障了中央表演水池的施工,解决了施工难题。 The concrete pouring construction of the central performance pool of Wuhan Hanxiu Theater was simulated and analyzed by using finite element software. The temperature rising and stress changing laws of the bottom slab and side wall concrete pouring under three working conditions were analyzed. According to the analysis results and the site conditions, the actual construction scheme was determined. Six sections were selected to monitor the temperature of concrete during construction and compared with the simulation results. The results showed that the law of concrete temperature changing during construction was consistent with the simulation analysis, and the simulation analysis could well predict the law of temperature changing, and the construction scheme was reasonable. Through reasonable analysis and monitoring control, the construction of the central performance pool was effectively guaranteed and the construction difficulties were solved.
