摘要
援柬埔寨国家体育场罩棚体系是由索桁架、环索、稳定索及斜拉索组成的空间斜拉索桁结构,最大悬挑跨度约65m。为制订一种安全可靠且有效的施工方案,对援柬埔寨国家体育场罩棚的预应力张拉方案进行施工过程分析,确定在施工张拉过程中各跨挠度、钢结构应力和拉索索力的变化规律。采用ANSYS软件对索结构进行施工仿真模拟,分析施工过程中的索力、结构变形和钢结构应力等数据,确定拉索施工方案,保证结构安全性。
Cable truss, hoop cable, stable cable and inclined cable were used in Kampuchea National Stadium, whose maximum cantilevered span is 65 m. In order to find a safe, reliable and effective construction scheme, the construction process of the prestress tension scheme of the canopy of Kampuchea National Stadium was analyzed, and the variation law of deflection, stress of steel structure and cable tension during the construction was determined. Finite element analysis software ANSYS was used in the process of prestress tension construction. In this paper, cable force, deformation and steel structure stress were emulational analyzed in order to ensure the structural safety.
