摘要
结合塑料模板和工具式独立支撑的优势,介绍了工具式独立支撑-塑料模板体系的优点和施工要点。采用堆载方式对1个开间框架结构工具式独立支撑-塑料模板体系的竖向承载力进行试验研究。研究结果表明:当支撑高度为2.8m、工具式独立支撑承受竖向荷载为14.8kN时,侧向挠度为2.162mm,满足规范要求。
Based on the advantages of the plastic formwork and the single steel support,a new formwork system of the plastic formwork system with single steel support was introduced in this paper. The vertical bearing capacity experiment research on a space frame structure of the plastic formwork system with single steel support was studied by heap loading. The results show that when supporting height was 2.8 m and the load of single steel support reached to 14.8 kN, its lateral deflection was 2.162 mm,which can meet the requirements of the specification.
