The Splendid History and Basic Experience of China’s Rrural Reform

1978年,党的十一届三中全会的胜利召开吹响了改革开放的号角。40年来,我国农业生产、农村面貌、农民生活都发生了翻天覆地的变化,农村改革取得了巨大成就,积累了丰富经验,为进一步深化农村改革奠定了良好基础。新时代全面深化农村改革,必须实施好乡村振兴战略,其中重点要抓好五个方面工作：搞好乡村振兴规划,注重技术创新、理论创新和制度创新,推动农业发展方式转变,推进农村人居环境整治,培育乡村振兴人才队伍。

In 1978 ,The successful convening of the third Plenary session of the 1 l th CPC Central Committee sounded the clarion call for reform and opening up. Over the past 40 years, earth-shaking changes have taken place in China＇s agricultural production and rural areas, as well as in the lives of the peasants.Great achievements have been made in rural reform, and rich experience has been accumula- ted,laying a good foundation for further deepening rural reform.To comprehensively deepen the ruralreform in the new era, we should implement the strategy of rural vitalization. We should lay great empha- sis on five aspects ：making feasible plans for rural revitalization;laying stress on technological innova- tion, theoretical innovation and institutional innovation;promoting the transformation of agricultural de- velopment mode;propelling rural living environment improvement and cultivating team of talents for rural revitalization.
