陶氏柔肝饮治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的疗效观察

Clinical observation of Taoshi Rougan Yin in the treatment of nonerosive gastroesophageal reflux disease

[目的]评价陶氏柔肝饮治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病(NERD)的临床疗效。[方法]将46例NERD患者随机分为治疗组24例和对照组22例,分别予陶氏柔肝饮和雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗,疗程8周,观察2组主要症状的临床疗效。[结果]治疗后2组在改善烧心、胸痛、泛酸、反胃症状方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),陶氏柔肝饮改善NERD主要症状优于雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片,2组对烧心、泛酸症状改善有效率的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),陶氏柔肝饮改善烧心、泛酸症状的有效率高于雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片。[结论]陶氏柔肝饮能够有效改善NERD患者的主要症状。

[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Taoshi Rougan Yin in the treatment of nonerosive gastroesophageal reflux disease.[Methods]Forty-six NERD patients were recruited and randomly divided into two groups,24 for experimental group and 22 for control group.The experimental group received Taoshi Rougan Yin oral treatment,while Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets were used in the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy and symptom scores were observed.[Results]After treatment,the scores of the main four symptoms including heartburn,substernal chest pain,acid reflux and food regurgitation were with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There were significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate of symptom improvement such as heartburn and acid reflux,it was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Taoshi Rougan Yin oral treatment could effectively improve the main symptoms of NERD.
