摘要
大型货船航行时存在一个最佳纵倾角度,在这个最佳纵倾角度航行时船舶阻力最小且节能效果最好。由于装箱和货物的任意性导致很难每次都调节到这个角度,研究设计一套智能控制系统,采用比例-积分-微分(Proportion Integral Derivative,PID)控制算法调节前后舱压载水进行船舶纵倾角的智能控制,当船舶偏离了最佳纵倾角之后,系统将计算偏离误差自修正进行注水控制直至调节船体至最佳纵倾角为止。研制一套能够反映该控制方法的试验演示系统。
There is an optimum trim angle at which ship has lowest resistance for large dead weight ships sailing at sea.Change of container and cargo loading will affect the trim of the ship,causing the ship to deviate from the optimum trim angle. An intelligent control system of ship trim is designed based on ballast water is compensation. The ballast water is adjusted according to the trim angle deviation from the optimum value with PID control algorithm until the optimum trim is achieved. A prototype system is built to verify the design.
