Control effect of 2.15% imidacloprid bait against cockroaches in medical institutions

目的监测各级医院各重点科室住院楼层、医院食堂的蟑螂密度及观察2. 15%吡虫啉灭蟑胶饵对医院各科室住院部及医院食堂蟑螂的防治效果。方法采取粘捕法对医院各科室住院病房进行密度监测,选取蟑螂密度较高医院的科室采取吡虫啉灭蟑胶饵现场灭蟑。结果各级医院重点科室住院楼层、医院食堂总计调查132个房间,布放粘蟑板总计159张,侵害率为44. 7%,施药阳性房间施药前监测平均密度为7. 63只/(张·d),粘捕蟑螂种类均为德国小蠊,虫态均有成虫及若虫。采用灭蟑胶饵后,第3、5、7、15、30天后的蟑螂密度下降率三级甲等医院分别是48. 4%、68. 9%、84. 6%、90. 6%;二级甲等医院分别是66. 3%、79. 2%、91. 3%、97. 8%;社区服务中心分别是46. 7%、86. 7%、80. 0%、86. 5%。结论 2. 15%吡虫啉胶饵对医疗机构灭蟑螂既有速效、又有持效,使用安全、方便。

Objective To study the control effect of 2. 15% imidacloprid bait against cockroaches at the key inpatient departments and canteen in different levels of medical service agency. Methods Sticky trap method was used to monitor the density of cockroaches,and the departments with high density were selected to apply 2. 15%imidacloprid bait for cockroach control. Results Totally 132 inpatient department rooms were investigated,159 papers were used in total and the infestation rate was 44. 7%. The average density was 7. 63 insects per paper per night before gel bait application. All the cockroaches captured were Blattella germanica with different developmental stages. On the 3 rd,5 th,7 th,15 th and 30 th day after the application of the baits,the cockroach density respectively reduced 48. 4%,68. 9%,84. 6% and 90. 6% in Class 3 A Hospital; and 66. 3%,79. 2%,91. 3% and 97. 8% in Class 2 A Hospital; and 46. 7%,86. 7%,80. 0% and 86. 5% in community service centre. Conclusion In the study,the 2. 15% imidacloprid bait showed good control effect on cockroaches. It is safe and easy for use.
