摘要 目的了解广安市城区登革热媒介白纹伊蚊孳生环境数量及季节消长情况,指导科学开展登革热疫情防控。方法依据四川省2017年登革热媒介监测方案在城区不同方位检查室内外环境各种小型积水容器及蚊幼孳生情况,计算布雷图指数和容器指数。结果广安市白纹伊蚊孳生地多,2017年共调查1 404户,有各类小型积水容器4 810个。蚊虫密度高,5—8月白纹伊蚊布雷图指数(BI)均大于10,密度在6—7月达到高峰,布雷图指数(BI)分别为24. 39和38. 79,容器指数(CI)分别为7. 23和10. 64。结论广安市登革热媒介伊蚊密度较高,由输入病例引起本地流行和暴发的风险极高,应开展持续有效的蚊虫控制工作。 Objective To understand the density,distribution and seasonal dynamics of Aedes albopictus in the urban area of Guang'an City,and guide the prevention of dengue fever. Methods The larvae of Aedes albopictus were investigated in small waters in different directions in the city,and breteau index and container index were calculated.Results There were many small waters suitable for the breeding of Aedes albopictus in Guang'an urban areas,4 810 small waters found in 1 404 households in 2017. The density of mosquitoes was high from May to August,peaked in June and July with breteau index of 24. 39 and 38. 79,container indexes of 7. 23 and 10. 64. Conclusion The mosquito density of dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Guang 'an City was relatively high,and the risk of local epidemics and outbreaks might be high.
