摘要 目的监测漳州市蚊虫种类构成、密度、季节消长情况,为病媒生物防治提供科学依据。方法采用紫外诱蚊灯法对4类不同生境进行监测,所采蚊虫带回实验室分类、鉴定、计数。结果共采获4属5种蚊虫21 524只,优势种群为致倦库蚊[95. 09%、1. 23只/(灯·h)],平均密度1. 27只/(灯·h)。各类生境中均以致倦库蚊为主,其中公园绿化带蚊密度最高1. 66只/(灯·h);其次为医院或企事业单位1. 52只/(灯·h)、城区居民区0. 83只/(灯·h)、城乡接合部居民区0. 76只/(灯·h)。季节消长呈双峰性,4—6月高峰,11—12月出现小高峰。结论漳州市蚊虫密度较高,要加强夏初和入冬前蚊虫高峰期防治工作,尤其加强夏季公园绿化带的灭蚊工作。 Objective To monitor the species construction,density,and the population changes with seasons of mosquitoes,and provide scientific basis for mosquito control. Methods The adult mosquitoes were collected with UV mosquito trap light method at four different kinds of biological environment,and then studied in the laboratory. The research were done including identification,category,and counting on the mosquito specimens. Results Altogether there were 21 524 adult mosquitoes collected belonging to 4 genera and 5 species,and the dominant species was Culex quinquefaciatus( 95. 05%,1. 23 insects per light in an hour),with an average density of 1. 27 insects per light in an hour. Culex quinquefaciatus was the dominant species in all of the four kinds of environment. The highest density was in the garden green belts( 1. 66 insects per light in an hour),followed by hospitals and enterprises and public institutes( 1. 52 insects per light in an hour),urban residential areas( 0. 83 insects per light in an hour) and residential areas in urban-rural interface( 0. 76 insects per light in an hour). The mosquito population change displayed 2 peaks,a large peak from April to June,and a small peak from November to December. Conclusion The mosquito density was high in Zhangzhou City. Mosquitoes control should be strengthened in early summer and early winter,and garden green belts were important for control work.
