摘要 近年来,随着人工智能的快速发展,大数据技术在城市公共交通规划与运营方面得到广泛应用。本文从规划和运营两个角度分别阐述了大数据环境下城市公共交通管理的理论和实践进展,具体包括客流调查与预测,线网优化调整,营运调度和多样化服务四个方面内容。并在此基础上总结了现有研究和应用的优势和不足,为大数据环境下城市公共交通规划与运营提供科学指导。 In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence, big data technology has been widely applied in urban public transport planning and operation. From two aspects of planning and operation, this paper expounds the theoretical and practical progress of urban public transportation management under large data environment, including four aspects of passenger flow survey and forecast, optimization and adjustment of line network, operation scheduling and diversified services. On the basis of this, the advantages and disadvantages of existing research and application are summarized, so as to provide scientific guidance for urban public transport planning and operation in big data environment
