摘要 急性主动脉夹层（acute aortic dissection，AAD）手术创伤面大、时间长、失血多，围术期异体血液制品需求量大。白体血小板分离（autologous plateletpheresis，APP）可减少术中体外循环等多种因素对血液的破坏，减少异体血的使用。
