纤维编织网增强混凝土与钢筋界面黏结性能试验研究 被引量:1

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON INTERFACE BOND PROPERTIES BETWEEN TRC CONFINED CONCRETE AND STEEL BAR

摘要 为探究纤维编织网增强混凝土(TRC)材料的加固效果,设计制作了中心拉拔试件,对其进行了不同形式的TRC加固处理,并考虑纤维编织网种类、加固层数与搭接长度对TRC加固效果的影响。试验结果表明:TRC加固约束能有效提高钢筋与混凝土界面黏结性能,加固效果随加固层数的增加持续增强;碳纤维编织网的加固效果优于玄武岩纤维编织网;改变搭接长度对加固效果的影响较小。 In order to study the reinforcement effect of textile reinforced concrete( TRC),the specimens with different forms of TRC reinforcement were designed and manufactured for central pull-out test,the effectstypes of fiber textile,reinforcement layers and lap length on the reinforcement effect of TRC were also investigated. The experimental results showed that the steel bar and concrete interface bond properties could be effectively improved by the TRC reinforcement,and the reinforcement effect increased with the increase of reinforcement layer number; the carbon fiber textile reinforcement was better than basalt fiber textile; changing the lap length had little influence on the reinforcement effect of carbon fiber textile.
