出口商品结构对全球技术创新空间差异的影响研究

The Effect of Export Commodity Structure on the Spatial Difference of Global Technological Innovation

从技术机会和创新资源的角度分析各国出口商品技术结构差异对于全球技术创新活动空间差异的影响机制,并基于SITC分类方法对不同技术水平产品出口的技术溢出效应进行实证检验。结果表明,在SITC分类中只有技术水平较高的第7类产品的出口对于技术创新有着显著的促进作用,同时各国出口商品结构差异导致第7类产品的出口在世界各国之间的分布也不均衡。这意味着各国的出口商品结构差异会进一步加剧全球范围内技术创新活动的空间分布差异。因此,发展中国家有必要通过出口商品结构优化来促进技术创新。

This paper analyzes the effect of export commodity structure on the spatial difference of global technological innovation through technology opportunity and innovation resource,and empirically tests the technology spillover effect of product export at different technical level based on the SITC classification method. The result show s that only the export of the commodity of 7 th category in the SITC classification has significant positive effect in promoting technological innovation. Due to the difference of the export commodity structure,the distribution of 7 th category commodity is also uneven among countries of different income levels. That means the differences of the export commodity structure w ill aggravate the spatial differences of technological innovation among countries in the w hole w orld,and the developing countries should implement trade and industrial policy to upgrade their export commodity structure.
