尖锐湿疣患者外周血IL-17 IL-23 IL-10和TGF-β表达水平 被引量:14

Expression of IL-17,IL-23,IL-10 and TGF-β in peripheral blood of condyloma acuminatum patients

摘要 目的通过检测尖锐湿疣(CA)初发和复发患者血清中白细胞介素17(IL-17)、IL-23、IL-10和转化生长因子β(TGF-β)的表达水平,探讨其在CA发病及复发机制中的作用及意义。方法 50例CA患者分为初发组25例,复发组25例;另选取健康对照组25例。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测各组血清IL-17、IL-23、IL-10、TGF-β水平。结果 CA初发组、复发组IL-17的表达水平分别为(159.466±106.528)ng/L、(61.984±44.414)ng/L,正常对照组为(467.276±473.809)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);CA初发组、复发组IL-23的表达水平分别为(348.719±207.467)ng/L、(174.917±71.578)ng/L,正常对照组为(673.725±314.361)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);CA初发组、复发组IL-10的表达水平分别为(260.820±200.309)ng/L、(680.020±472.428)ng/L,正常对照组为(113.075±70.600)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);CA初发组、复发组TGF-β的表达水平分别为(1 407.673±416.672)ng/L、(3 657.118±2 634.541)ng/L,正常对照组为(913.915±655.306)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论 IL-17、IL-23水平复发组低于初发组,IL-10、TGF-β水平复发组高于初发组,IL-17、IL-23、IL-10、TGF-β表达水平在CA的发病及复发机制中可能起重要作用。 Objective To detect the cytokines expression levels of IL-17,IL-23,IL-10 and TGF-βin peripheral blood of first onset and relapsing condyloma acuminatum(CA)patients,and investigate its pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism.Methods 50 cases of patients with CA were divided into first onset group and relapsing group with 25 cases each,and another 25 cases of healthy controls were selected.Enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the expression levels of IL-17,IL-23,IL-10 and TGF-βin their peripheral blood.Results The results of ELISA showed that the level of IL-17 in peripheral blood of the first onset group and relapsing group was significantly lower than that of the normal control group,with the relapsing CA group significantly lower than the first onset group(159.466±106.528)vs(61.984±44.414),(159.466±106.528)vs(467.276±473.809),(61.984±44.414)vs(467.276±473.809),P〈0.05).The level of IL-23 in peripheral blood of the first onset group and relapsing group was significantly lower than that of the normal control group,with the relapsing group significantly lower than the first onset CA group(348.719±207.467)vs(174.917±71.578),(348.719±207.467)vs(673.725±314.361),(174.917±71.578)vs(673.725±314.361),P〈0.05).The level of IL-10 of the first onset group and relapsing group was significantly higher than that of the normal control group,with the relapsing group significantly higher than the first onset group(260.820±200.309)vs(680.020±472.428),(260.820±200.309)vs(113.075±70.600),(680.020±472.428)vs(113.075±70.600),P〈0.05).The level of TGF-βof the first onset group and relapsing group was significantly higher than that of the normal control group,with the relapsing group significantly higher than the first onset group(1407.673±416.672)vs(3657.118±2634.541),(1407.673±416.672)vs(913.915±655.306),(3657.118±2634.541)vs(913.915±655.306),P〈0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of IL-17,IL-23,IL-10 and TGF-βmay play an important role in pathogenesis and recurrence mechanism of CA.
