高校借助微信平台实施健康教育对学生艾滋病知识和认知的影响

Impact of health education by WeChat on AIDS knowledge and cognition of college students

目的了解借助微信平台实施健康教育后,学生艾滋病知识和认知的变化情况。方法将中国民航大学机场学院一至三年级所有学生纳入研究,借助微信平台定时推送艾滋病相关消息,在推送消息前后分别对纳入研究的对象进行问卷调查。结果干预前调查584人;干预后调查451人,关注微信平台的比例为75.17%。调查组艾滋病知识总知晓率,干预前为82.88%（484/584）,干预后为97.12%（438/451）;两组进行比较,8个问题中除艾滋病可不可以治愈（χ2=3.800 9,P〉0.05）外,各问题知晓率和总知晓率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。认知方面,两组进行比较,在婚前性行为的认知、同性性行为的认知、艾滋病离大学生很近的认知以及使用安全套的认知方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,总体认知得分差异无统计学意义。结论借助微信平台开展健康教育可提升大学生的艾滋病知识知晓率,同时在改变认知方面会起到一定的作用。

Objective To understand the impact of health education by WeChat on AIDS knowledge and cognition of college students.Methods All the full-time students in grade one,two,and three of one college in Tianjin were selected as the research objects.The AIDS-related knowledge was regularly released by WeChat,and a questionnaire was used to know the changes before and after the information release.Results There were 584 and 451 valid questionnaires collected before and after the education intervention among the students,with 75.17%following WeChat.The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge before and after the education intervention was 82.88%（484/584）and 97.12%（438/451）respectively.Comparing the results of two surveys,the difference of awareness rate of AIDS knowledge in general and in each question was statistically significant,except for the question＂whether AIDS could be cured＂（χ2=3.800 9,P〉0.05）.The cognition of premarital sex,homosexual behavior,AIDS close to college students and condom use were statistically different（P〈0.05）,while the difference in cognitive scores of AIDS knowledge in general was not statistically significant.Conclusion Health education by WeChat can enhance the awareness of AIDS knowledge among college students,and will play a certain role in changing cognition.
